Each app has its own subscription. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, then tap the app you want to cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Where does my data live?
On your iPhone — and synced through your personal iCloud account using your Apple ID. We don't run servers that hold your recordings, scans, or floor plans. AI processing (transcription, OCR, summaries) routes through our secure proxy and is deleted within 30 seconds.
Are subscriptions shared across the apps?
No. Marmot Vox and Marmot Vault each have their own subscription. Marmot Build will launch with its own as well.
How do I get a refund?
All refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the relevant purchase.
My transcription / OCR seems inaccurate
Quality depends on input clarity. For Vox: record in a quieter environment with the mic close to the speaker, on a stable connection. For Vault: scan in good lighting, hold steady, keep the document flat. If issues persist, tell us via the form above with the recording or scan attached.
How do I export my data?
Vox: open any recording → tap share → choose audio, transcript text, or PDF summary. Vault: open any document → share → PDF, image, or extracted text. Build (when available): export to USDZ, OBJ, STL, PDF, or CSV.
When will Marmot Build launch?
We're targeting Spring 2026. Build is a LiDAR-powered scan-and-restage tool — it'll turn any room into 33 designer aesthetics from a single capture. Email us to be notified at launch.
